Absolutely! We have cleanup/catchup packages that can get you back on track. Depending on how far behind you are, we can create a plan to get you caught up and put systems in place for moving forward.

How does your pricing work?

We charge a flat monthly rate based on volume of transactions and other details specific to your business. Every business is unique and has different requirements so we tailor our plans to your needs.

Will you handle my taxes, too?

No, but we partner with tax professionals that know retail and e-commerce and are available to consult with them as they prepare your taxes.

What is the best retail and e-commerce bookkeeping software?

We prefer to use QuickBooks Online as it has the capabilities and integrations needed to track all the pieces for retail and e-commerce businesses. We find we can also make it work well with all of the other retail and e-commerce software our clients use.

Do I need to use a retail or e-commerce bookkeeper near me?

Nope! We can bring our expertise to you wherever you are. We provide 24-hour access to your books and related applications, and can visit you virtually whenever you need some more detailed review. And for you e-commerce sellers, just as your e-commerce business runs virtually, so does ours!

What is the CECB badge all about?
